06 / 08 · Pick a trail
Three people, one valley, zero manuals. Nobody here learned the mountain from a certification course first — the papers came later, the mountain came at birth. This is who walks with you.

01 · Mountain guide
Andrei Stoica
Certified mountain guide, born in Moroeni, first on the Bucegi plateau at age six, carried up in a rucksack. Knows where the fog lifts first, which scree the chamois prefer, and exactly how long you can argue with the weather before it wins. Leads every ridge day personally.
20 summers on the plateau

02 · Host & cook
Ioana Vlad
Runs the kitchen, the long table and — quietly — the whole base. Learned to cook at her grandmother's stove in the valley and refuses to scale a recipe past what one table can eat fresh. Plans every menu around what the market, the garden and the stână have that week.
Her zacuscă has ended arguments

03 · Naturalist
Radu Munteanu
Biologist by training, tracker by temperament. Reads mud the way you read a newspaper: who passed, when, in what mood. Leads the wildlife dawns and the foraging walks, and has personally vetoed more mushrooms than he has approved. Birds respond to him; we don't ask how.

How we work
Three rules we don't bend
Locals first
Every guide, every kitchen, every bed is from the valley or the villages below it. Your money stays on the mountain that hosted you.
Wild, never reckless
We go off the marked paths, not off the safety margin. Weather wins every argument, and the group's slowest member sets the pace.
Small or not at all
2–8 people, never merged with strangers. The mountain doesn't scale, and neither does a good campfire.
You'll meet them at the base. Say hello before that:
